Chart from Table is a macro bundled within Table Filter and Charts add-on. It allows you to generate dynamically updated charts with a capability to instantly switch between columns with different data values.

Parameters

The add-on adds the Chart from Table macro. You can add this macro onto your Confluence page and further paste any table into the macro body. You can also insert the macros that generate the table data and get a dynamic chart at once. The following parameters are available to you:

You can define the height of the generated chart.

You can define the width of the generated chart.
Hide the source tableDisabledYou can hide the table with data and enable display of the chart only.
Hide chart controlsDisabledYou can hide the chart controls when you need just to display the chart without a necessity to update its view.
Table data orientationVerticalYou can select the appropriate orientation of your table data for chart generation.
Show legendEnabledYou can hide the legend for the generated chart.
Show gridEnabledYou can enabled display of the grid on the generated chart.
Chart TitleDisabledYou can specify the title of the chart.
Align chartEnabledYou can define the appropriate alignment for the chart.
X-axis labelNoneYou can specify the label for X axis of the chart.
Y-axis labelNoneYou can specify the label for Y axis of the chart.
Minimal ValueNoneYou can specify the minimal value for showing only data values greater than the specified minimal value.
Maximal ValueNoneYou can specify the maximal value for showing only data values not greater than the specified maximal value.
Scale StepNoneYou can specify the required scale step for showing the chart.

Minimal X Value

NoneYou can specify the minimal value for X axis for showing only data values greater than the specified minimal value.
Maximal X Value NoneYou can specify the maximal value for X axis for showing only data values not greater than the specified maximal value.
Minimal Y Value NoneYou can specify the minimal value for Y axis for showing only data values greater than the specified minimal value.
Maximal Y Value NoneYou can specify the maximal value for Y axis for showing only data values not greater than the specified maximal value.
Scale X StepNone

You can specify the required scale step of X axis for showing the chart.

Scale Y Step NoneYou can specify the required scale step of Y axis for showing the chart.

  • Column
  • Bar

You can also select a new column with data values of the following ones:

  • Answered Tickets
  • Call per Hour
  • Ticket Response (min)
  • Tickets per Hour

You can use the Cogwheel icon on the chart management panel to save the changes in the chart, show or hide the source table, or export your chart to PDF or Word.
