Starting from version 3.3.0 Table Filter and Charts add-on supports filtration of table data in the page edit mode. Now besides management of filters while editing Confluence pages, you can also quickly filter your table data and add updates into the filtered entries.
To filter data while editing the page, follow these instructions:
- Switch the page to the edit mode.
- Click the body of Table Filter macro.
- On the appeared pane, click the Enable All Filters
icon. - Add new filters or use the existing filters.
- Select or specify the values for table filtration.
- To save updated filters and default values, click the Save Settings
icon. Note that your modifications will be saved in the macro body and will be applied when you save the page.
You can also enable the automatic fitting of the table to the screen area, apply the appropriate sorting order to one or multiple table columns and regulate width of filter boxes.
