Table Filter macro is a powerful macro that allows you to filter table data in page view and edit modes, add the required types of filters, and manage look of your table data on the page.

Parameters

The add-on adds the Table Filter macro. You can add this macro onto your Confluence page and further paste one or multiple tables into its macro body. You can also insert the macros that generate the table data. The following parameters are available to you:

Dropdown Filter Columns The columns by which the table should be filtered. While using filters by several columns simultaneously, their names should be divided by comma.
Free Text Filter Columns The columns by which the table should be filtered with the user-entered keywords. While using filters by several columns simultaneously, their names should be divided by comma.
Set Width of filters150This option allows you to define width in pixels for each filter on the filtration pane.
Hide Filters by DefaultfalseThis option allows you to collapse the filtration pane by default.
Hide Filter LabelsfalseThis option allows you to hide labels of filters on the filtration pane.
Hide Filters by DefaultfalseThis option allows you to hide the filtration pane in the page view mode.
Set Filters' Default Values The default values for drop-down filters and text boxes, which the table should be filtered by.
Fit Table to Screen Area This option allows you to enable the fitting of the table to your screen area.
Global FilterfalseThis option allows you to enable the global filter for instant data filtration throughout the whole table.
Automatic Row NumberingfalseThis option allows you to enable dynamic or status automatic row numbering in the ascending or descending order.
Show First N Rows This option allows you to specify the number of rows to show.
Number Filter Columns This option allows you to filter the columns with number values within the specific range.
Date Filter Columns This option allows you to filter the columns with dates within the specific date range.
Date format This option allows you to specify the appropriate date format for filtration by date range.
Default SortingfalseThis option allows you to define the default sorting order for one or multiple table columns.
Decimal SeparatorPoint (.)This option allows you set the appropriate decimal separator for your number values.
