Table Filter add-on allows you to filter the data presented in tables. Data filtration can be applied to one or several columns at a time. Just paste your table into the Table Filter macro and set the required columns for filtration.

Parameters

The add-on adds the Table Filter macro. You can add this macro onto your Confluence page and further paste one or multiple tables into the Table Filter macro body. You can also insert the macros that generate the table data. The following parameters are available to you:

Parameter	Parameter Name	Default	Description
column	Dropdown Filter Columns		The columns by which the table should be filtered. While using filters by several columns simultaneously, their names should be divided by comma.
userfilter	Free Text Filter Columns		The columns by which the table should be filtered with the user-entered keywords. While using filters by several columns simultaneously, their names should be divided by comma.
cell-width	Set Width of filters	150	This option allows you to define width in pixels for each filter on the filtration pane.
button	Hide Filters by Default	false	This option allows you to collapse the filtration pane by default.
hidelabels	Hide Filter Labels	false	This option allows you to hide labels of filters on the filtration pane.
default	Set Filters' Default Values		The default values for drop-down filters and textboxes, which the table should be filtered by.
limitHeight	Fit Table to Screen Area		This option allows you to enable the fitting of the table to your screen area.
globalFilter	Global Filter	false	This option allows you to enable the global filter for instant data filtration throughout the whole table.
numbering	Automatic Row Numbering	false	This option allows you to enable automatic row numbering.
showNRows	Show First N Rows		This option allows you to specify the number of rows to show.
numberfilter	Number Filter Columns		This option allows you to filter the columns with number values within the specific range.
datefilter	Date Filter Columns		This option allows you to filter the columns with dates within the specific date range.
datepattern	Date format		This option allows you to specify the appropriate date format for filtration by date range.

Default values for filtration and regular expressions

Please note that Table Filter allows you to define default filter values for table columns. These values will be automatically applied upon each reload of the page. You can also use regular expressions for flexible data filtration.

Please note that Table Filter allows you to add free-text fields for dynamic data filtration depending on the specified query.

Global filter
