Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app is compatible with Confluence macros and third-party apps that output the table data. All you just need is to paste the macro into Table Filter macro and that's done.

Table Filter and Charts app is compatible with JIRA Issues macro, which allows you to output the table with JIRA issues.
Try to apply several filters to narrow the list of JIRA issues. You can also try to add the Pivot Table or Chart from Table macros.
